The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive with strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads effectively. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and confident in presenting Roadcast’s solutions to prospective clients.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct field visits to meet potential customers across designated territories.
  • Engage with prospects, understand their business needs, and present Roadcast’s solutions.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure sales pipeline movement.
  • Provide on-ground demos of Roadcast’s products when required.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for long-term engagement.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective field activities.
  • Submit daily visit reports and maintain CRM records accurately.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of field sales experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, GPS tracking, or related industries).
  • Fluent English communication is mandatory.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to convert leads confidently and effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable.
