You will be working as a Field Sales Executive at RJ Trades, a growing FMCG distributorship company based in Radhapuram, Vallioor, Tirunelveli. Your role will involve visiting retail shops, supermarkets, bakeries, and other outlets to promote and sell products. You will need to build strong relationships with shop owners and decision-makers, achieve monthly sales targets, ensure product reach in new areas, and maintain proper visibility and placement of products in stores. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping records of daily sales and reporting to the manager. Qualifications required for this position include education ranging from 10th pass to a degree in any stream, strong communication and convincing skills, passion for sales, and willingness to work in the field. A driving license or Learner's License (LLR) is mandatory for this role. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
