Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Company: Radon India Pvt. Ltd.
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: [jaipur]

Responsibilities:

Visit construction sites to identify and generate leads for bathware, tiles, and modular kitchen products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and architects.
Present, promote, and demonstrate the company’s product range to potential customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Provide market insights and competitor updates to the management team.
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, follow-ups, and client interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in bathware, tiles, or modular kitchen industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively to construction sites and client locations.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
