💼 Open Position:
🔹 Field Sales Executive
Responsible for selling solar solutions to residential customers through direct field visits, lead generation, and closing deals to drive business growth.
Generate leads via door-to-door visits, referrals, and local outreach.
Educate customers on solar benefits and company offerings.
Present customized solar proposals and pricing.
Handle objections and close residential sales.
Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and installations.
Follow up for payments, documentation, and post-sale support.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships for referrals.
1–3 years in field/B2C sales (solar/home appliances/telecom preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic technical understanding of solar (training provided).
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Local language fluency + basic English.
