Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting client locations, promoting our solutions, and building strong relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential clients and generate new business leads
• Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular field visits
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide accurate feedback and market insights to the sales team
• Participate in field campaigns and promotional activities
• Maintain daily sales reports and activity logs

Required Skills & Qualities

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or as per MAB
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with a passion for sales
• Willingness to travel and work in the field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, goal-oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of IT products/services (preferred but not mandatory)

Eligibility

• Freshers with strong communication and motivation are encouraged to apply
• Experienced candidates (up to 2 years) in sales or marketing will be preferred
