Currently hiring at: Howrah, Andul, Uluberia, Bagnan, Amta, Jagatballavpur, Panchla, Shyampur, Udaynarayanpur, Domjur, Kolaghat, Deulti, Tarakeswar, Arambagh. Roles and Responsibilities Manage field sales activities to achieve business targets, including visiting retail stores, distributors, and wholesalers. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat purchases and referrals. Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Desired Candidate Profile Must have own bike/ motorcycle And Android phone 0-5 years of experience in FMCG marketing or food sales industry. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Proficiency in B2B sales techniques for building strong relationships with clients. Basic knowledge of direct sales principles for generating leads and closing deals.
