Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kottayam for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting both new and pre-owned vehicles. The role involves conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and delivering presentations and demonstrations to clients. Daily tasks will include client follow-ups, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. Additionally, the Field Sales Executive will contribute to post-sales support and after-sales services.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the automobile industry
Strong negotiation and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Valid driver's license
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of the local market and potential client base in Kottayam is a plus
