Field Sales Executive

Location: Gurugram, Lakshmi Nagar and Patel Nagar

Qualification- 0-3 yrs (Freshers are welcome)

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calls.
  • Meet potential customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with customers.
  • Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer visit updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer support, finance) to ensure smooth order execution.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.

ISMS Responsibilities:

  • Be aware and comply with the ISMS Policy, procedures, and objectives;
  • Actively participate in ISMS exercises;
  • Request access to information from their Team Leaders/ Executives;
  • Report known and suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk.
  • Protect the secrecy of passwords; and
  • Protect information assets used by them against compromise of the confidentiality, integrity or availability.
