Join us to be part of a fast-growing industry where innovation meets energy! Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with new clients in the event, education, and government sectors. Conduct on-site product demos and explain technical features of our lighting systems. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Handle inquiries, quotations, pricing, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams for stock, dispatches, and after-sales support. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance. Ideal Candidate 1–4 years of experience in field sales (lighting, AV, electrical, or hardware preferred). Strong communication in English and Hindi. Willing to travel frequently in assigned regions. Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated. Basic technical knowledge (electrical/electronics/digital control systems) is a plus. Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic Excel or CRM tools.
