Position Overview

We are hiring a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive for our Indore location. The role involves field visits, client meetings, product pitching, and generating new business for our IT software products. Candidates with prior field sales experience and good communication skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients in the field and generate new business leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Pitch products and explain company profile & USPs
• Share proposals, negotiate, and close deals
• Follow up regularly with clients for conversions
• Maintain client records and sales reports
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Field Sales preferred)
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Knowledge of the local Indore market is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional
• Quick learner with adaptability

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Travelling Allowance: ₹5,000 (Bills required)
