On Field Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven On-Field Sales Representative to join
our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our network of partner restaurants by doing smooth registration process, increasing app usage, and promoting WAAYU's brand in the assigned territory. This role involves direct interaction with restaurant owners and managers, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Acquire New Restaurant Partners: Identify and approach potential restaurant partners to onboard them to the WAAYU platform. Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers to ensure long-term partnerships. Promote WAAYU Services: Clearly articulate the benefits of WAAYU's services to restaurant partners, demonstrating how our platform can enhance their business. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by securing new partnerships and driving app usage. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth within the assigned territory. Report and Monitor Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1.5-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills. o Excellent negotiation and closing skills. o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. o Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
