Merchant Onboarding & Activation
● Visit retailers, vendors, and small businesses to introduce G‑Pay QR codes and Soundbox devices.●Assist merchants in completing onboarding—collecting necessary KYC, Aadhaar/PAN, bank details—and guide them through activation via mobile app or tablet.
2. Installation & Setup
● Issue and install G‑Pay QR code stickers and soundbox hardware at merchant locations.● Ensure correct placement, visibility, and operational readiness.● Educate merchants on usage—how to accept payments, verify transactions, and interpret audio alertsfrom the soundbox.
3. Revisit & Merchant Follow-up
● Revisit merchants with inactive or partially onboarded setups to reactivate or troubleshoot. Provide basic technical support and help resolve issues, including common operational glitches.
