Field Sales Executive

Brief about the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth across South India. The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales strategies, identify potential clients, and strengthen customer relationships. This role requires extensive on-field travel and proactive engagement with clients and dealers.

Eligibility Criteria

● Education: Minimum 10+2 / PUC (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

● Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in field sales or business development

● Languages: Proficiency in English, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu (Hindi is an advantage)

● Skills:

○ Excellent communication and persuasive abilities

○ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

○ Ability to work independently and manage multiple regions efficiently

○ Basic understanding of digital and social media marketing (preferred)

Job Responsibilities

● Identify and acquire new clients through various sales methods such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, references, and networking.

● Regularly visit dealers, clubs, and direct customers to promote products and increase brand visibility.

● Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth within assigned territories.

● Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.

● Maintain detailed and updated records of leads, clients, and sales activities.

● Analyze market trends, gather competitor insights, and share feedback to improve strategies.

● Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities in regional markets.

● Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

● Represent the company professionally during client meetings and trade events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Lal Bagh, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
