Job Role: Field Executive Location: Bengaluru Company: Raksham AI (NAMMARAKSHAM AI LLP) About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Executive to represent Raksham on the ground. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, building strong relationships, and generating qualified leads for our workforce management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Actively visit target companies, sites, and potential clients to introduce Raksham’s solutions. Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Conduct on-ground market research to understand customer pain points and requirements. Share product demonstrations and presentations (basic level) with prospects. Maintain records of visits, leads generated, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the sales/BD team for follow-ups and closures. Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets. Requirements: Minimum 0–2 years of experience in field sales/lead generation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is a plus. What We Offer: Salary upto 20k Hands-on exposure to SaaS and workforce management industry.
