Role Description – FMCG Sales Executive (Puraa Brand)

FMCG Sales Executives

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers through direct field sales.
  • Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and explaining product benefits.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collecting customer feedback and sharing market insights with the team.
  • Ensuring smooth delivery coordination and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for

    FMCG sales and customer interaction

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bike or cycle is mandatory

    for field visits.
  • Resident of Lucknow or willing to relocate.
  • Basic knowledge of FMCG market trends and customer behavior.
  • 10+2 / Graduate in any field (Business, Marketing preferred).
  • Prior FMCG / field sales experience will be an added advantage.
