Role Description We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote our products/services and build strong customer relationships. The role involves direct customer interaction, on-field visits, lead generation, and achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas. Generate leads and convert them into successful sales. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Work closely with the team to meet overall business goals. Requirements: Minimum 10th pass (Graduate preferred). Freshers and experienced both can apply. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to travel locally. Good Product/Service Briefing and Demonstration Skill.
