Role Description

We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote our products/services and build strong customer relationships. The role involves direct customer interaction, on-field visits, lead generation, and achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with the team to meet overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Freshers and experienced both can apply.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Good Product/Service Briefing and Demonstration Skill.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Sales Experience and Ability to Achieve Targets
• Market Research and Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Record-keeping and Reporting
• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
• Strong Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
• Flexibility to Travel Within the Region
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry is a Plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field

Skills (Short): Sales, Communication, Negotiation, Lead Generation, Customer Service, Target Achievement.

Salary: 25000-45000 Monthly.
