Job Description

About the job: We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and should preferably have experience in IT product or service sales. Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking. 2. Pitch products/services to prospective clients by understanding their business needs. 3. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. 4. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. 5. Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and pipeline in CRM tools. 7. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery and customer support. Requirements: 1. 1-3 years of experience in field sales; experience in IT or tech sales is preferred. 2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 3. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently. 4. Willingness to travel for client meetings (travel expenses will be reimbursed). 5. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
