About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities in government tenders, infrastructure projects, private construction companies, and EPC contractors for electrical product requirements. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, contractors, consultants, and government departments to ensure repeat business and referrals 3. Monitor relevant government portals and private project announcements for tenders, prepare competitive bids, and manage the complete tendering process including documentation, pricing, and compliance. 4. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective negotiation, presentation of technical solutions, and product promotion to project stakeholders. 5. Provide clients with accurate product information, technical support, and demonstrations for items such as cables, trays, insulators, panels, and earthing systems. 6. Gather market trends, competitor activity, and pricing intelligence to inform strategy, and provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to the management team.
