*Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist patients with inquiries about IVF services. *Provide accurate information regarding treatments, procedures, consultation availability, and pricing. *Schedule appointments and maintain updated records in the patient management system. *Follow up on leads, consultations, and missed appointments to maximize engagement. *Maintain patient confidentiality and provide empathetic, non-judgmental communication. *Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experience. *Manage patient feedback and escalate concerns when necessary. *Keep track of call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports as required.
