Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives across all districts to promote and sell our solar energy products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about renewable energy and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and follow-up with potential clients
Conduct field visits to meet customers and explain product benefits
Drive sales of solar energy products in assigned district
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain good relationships with clients and gather market feedback
Requirements:
Minimum /12th pass; Graduation preferred
Proven field sales experience is a plus (freshers can also apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel locally within the district
Self-motivated and result-oriented
