Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will actively generate leads, meet potential clients, and convert them into confirmed sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, cold calls, and client networking.
• Conduct on-site visits to understand client requirements and provide product recommendations.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with the production, installation, and measurement teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM tools.
• Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, home interiors, or construction-related products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the Salem market and local client networks is an advantage.
• Must have own transportation and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
