About the Opportunity

We are seeking energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to join a rapidly growing Digital Outdoor Advertising Network. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, outdoor marketing, and customer interaction.

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll connect with local homeowners and shopkeepers, helping them participate in our unique House Branding Partnership Program, where they can earn daily income through LED advertising displays installed on their properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits (8–10 per day) within your assigned area.
  • Identify and engage with homeowners and shopkeepers interested in advertising partnerships.
  • Pitch and explain the income model clearly and convincingly.
  • Collect property and contact details of interested leads.
  • Ensure documentation, agreement signing, and payment verification.
  • Submit daily activity and progress reports through email.
  • Achieve weekly onboarding targets (minimum 10 successful registrations).

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal abilities.
  • Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and the local regional language.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in dealing with customers independently.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Must own a smartphone for data collection and reporting.
  • Comfortable working in outdoor, on-field environments.

Compensation & Rewards

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Performance-based)
Incentives: Unlimited potential for high performers
Allowances: Local travel allowance provided

Training & Work Structure

  • 2 Days Training: Product knowledge, sales pitch, and registration process.
  • 4 Days Field Work: Immediate on-ground activity in your assigned territory.
  • Weekly Rhythm:
  • Monday–Thursday: Lead generation and outreach
  • Friday: Follow-ups and registration closure
  • Performance Expectation: Minimum 10 successful registrations per week
