Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive . The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients on-site, showcasing properties, and closing deals. This is a field-based role that requires excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients and follow up to close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Promote company’s property listings and services to prospective buyers and investors.
Understand client needs and suggest appropriate property options.
Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company policies and market conditions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the marketing and CRM team for lead tracking and conversion.
Stay updated with current market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and competitors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or field sales (1-3 years preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region.
Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
