Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage field sales activities to achieve targets, including visiting retail stores, restaurants, and other outlets.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and building relationships with them.
  • Increase brand awareness through effective communication about company products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to product availability or delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, Retail Sales, or Field Sales (preferably in Food & Beverages industry).
  • Strong understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
