We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle sales of Non-Agricultural (NA) plots. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven track record in real estate plot sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads and close sales for NA residential / commercial plots
Explain NA conversion, legal documentation, approvals, and plot details to customers
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, channel partners, and brokers
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and registration teams for smooth transactions
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales in CRM
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep track of local real estate market trends and competitor projects
Participate in property exhibitions, site events, and marketing campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in NA plot / real estate sales
Strong understanding of:
NA plots & land laws
Title documents, 7/12 extract, conversion certificates, layout approvals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle high-value clients independently
Self-motivated with strong closing ability
Willingness to travel for site visits
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in plotted development projects
Knowledge of local land regulations
Existing client or broker network
Two-wheeler / four-wheeler with valid driving license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
