AI/ML Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Executive to lead and oversee the development, deployment, and optimization of AI systems. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic insight, driving high-performance AI solutions across our organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead AI/ML projects from concept to deployment.

Optimize model performance using C++/CUDA for GPU acceleration and tensor operations.

Train, fine-tune, and deploy models using Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

Build safe, high-speed inference backends with Rust (optional).

Collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable AI solutions.

Define AI strategies, evaluate new technologies, and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in C++ and CUDA for AI/ML performance optimization.

Solid experience with Python, PyTorch, and/or TensorFlow for model development.

Knowledge of Rust for high-performance inference is a plus.

Experience in deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.

Understanding of GPU hardware, cloud infrastructure, and AI system architecture.

Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
