Role & responsibilities

  • Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and increasing brand awareness.
  • Conduct field work such as visiting retail stores, wholesalers, distributors, and other stakeholders to promote company products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive FMCG sales landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics) to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in direct sales or general trade sales.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
