Role & responsibilities

  • Required sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase brand presence in general trade channels.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on competitor activity.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, inventory management, and customer interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2C or Retail Sales with a focus on FMCG products.
  • Strong understanding of General Trade channel dynamics and ability to develop effective distribution networks.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
