Job Description

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai. Experience Required: 1–2 years in FMCG sales Salary: Up to 3 LPA + Allowance (as per policy) Employment Type: Full-time (Field Based) Work Days: Monday to Saturday Job Overview: We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive sales of healthy snacking products across Mumbai. This role focuses on expanding the retailer and distributor network, ensuring product visibility, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, skilled in field sales, and ready to take ownership of client relationships and market growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Build and expand retailer/distributor network area-wise across Mumbai. Execute product placements, secure orders, and enhance visibility at retail outlets. Identify new sales opportunities through market visits and competitor analysis. Client Engagement & Coordination: Conduct regular market visits to onboard new retail outlets and maintain relationships with existing partners. Address retailer concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and timely deliveries. Reporting & Documentation: Submit daily sales reports and participate in end-of-day route planning discussions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and market feedback. Report market trends and retailer needs to support strategic planning. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory. Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG field sales, preferably in food or healthy snacking products. Experience in retailer onboarding and product placement in Mumbai markets. Technical Skills: Familiarity with sales tracking tools or CRM software (preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel and Word for reporting. Basic understanding of FMCG distribution processes (must-have). Soft Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proactive and results-driven with ability to work independently. Effective time management to handle daily field visits and reporting. Other Requirements: Male candidates preferred (due to field-intensive nature of the role). Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi proficiency advantageous. Willing to travel extensively within Mumbai for client meetings and outlet visits.
