Based out of Coimbatore, we are expanding our on-ground presence and looking for a dynamic and trustworthy Marketing & Field Sales Executive to join our team. Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to represent our brand in the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: 1) Key Responsibilities: Regular visits to existing doctors and hospital clients to maintain strong relationships. Meeting new doctors, hospital purchase managers, and key decision-makers to introduce and promote FederFlex products. Assisting patients in wearing compression stockings (in hospitals & Home) when required and educating them on their usage. Leveraging existing connections with medical professionals to increase sales and awareness. Providing product feedback, market trends, and customer insights to the management team. Ensuring target achievement and contributing to the brand's regional growth. 2) Candidate Profile: Prior sales/marketing experience in medical or healthcare field is highly preferred. Strong network and rapport with doctors and hospital staff in and around Coimbatore. Good communication skills – in English and Tamil. Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to meet targets. Trustworthy, responsible, and willing to go the extra mile to move the product. Comfortable in handling and demonstrating medical garments to patients.
