Field Sales Executive (Broadband/Internet/Telecom)

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new customer leads for broadband connections (residential & commercial).
  • Conduct door-to-door sales, field visits, and community engagement activities to promote services.
  • Explain product features, plans, and pricing to prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the team for service improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant sales experience.
  • 2 years of experience in

    B2C sales

    , preferably in broadband, telecom, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
