Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will be required to be on the field on a daily basis for pure sales, catering to both B2B and B2C clients, and achieving individual monthly targets. This role will involve traveling between districts to generate sales from new prospects, with occasional travel to other parts of Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development. You will be interfacing with clients to suggest the most viable product range with solutions, as well as cultivating relations with existing channel partners to secure repeated business. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing activities related to negotiating and finalizing deals to ensure the smooth execution of sales. You will also be responsible for leading, training, and monitoring the sales and service performance of channel partners to ensure operational efficiency and the meeting of individual and group targets. It will be crucial for you to report your daily work sheet and maintain proper follow-ups. Furthermore, you will be expected to analyze the latest marketing trends, track competitors" activities, and provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales and marketing strategies.
