Field Sales Executive (ERP Software)

Job Summary: The Field Sales Executive will primarily be responsible for generating leads and scheduling meetings with potential clients in the manufacturing and export sectors for our ERP software solutions. This role involves proactive fieldwork, building initial relationships, and effectively managing client interactions to facilitate further discussions and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, market research, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct field visits to manufacturing and export units, introducing ERP software products and services.
• Clearly communicate preliminary information about ERP solutions to potential clients.
• Schedule meetings between potential clients and senior sales or technical team members.
• Maintain a regular follow-up routine to ensure lead progression.
• Manage and update accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams for smooth handover and effective follow-ups.
• Meet assigned lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in lead generation or field sales, preferably in software sales (ERP experience desirable).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems preferred.

Travel Requirements:

• Frequent local travel within Noida and surrounding industrial areas.

Reporting To: Sales Manager/Head of Sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
