Dear Candidate,

We have a opportunity for Field sales Position in Vellore Location for Male Candidate .

To generate sales by visiting potential customers in the field, building strong relationships, promoting company products/services, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Sales & Lead Generation • Visit potential customers in assigned territories to generate new business. • Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients. • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management • Explain and demonstrate company products/services to customers. • Address client queries and provide appropriate solutions. • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.3. Territory Management • Plan daily visits and maintain an organised schedule of client meetings. • Maintain detailed records of prospects, visits, and follow-ups. • Cover the assigned territory efficiently to maximise opportunities.4. Marketing & Promotional Activities • Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, or samples. • Participate in on-ground marketing events and activities organised by the company. • Gather market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.5. Reporting & Documentation • Submit daily and weekly reports on visits, leads, and closures. • Update CRM or reporting sheets with accurate client information. • Share customer feedback with the sales and marketing teams.Skills & Competencies: • Good communication and presentation skills (Tamil/English). • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Basic knowledge of using smartphones, email, and CRM apps. • Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.Performance Parameters: • Number of new clients acquired. • Achievement of sales targets. • Timely reporting and follow-up. • Customer satisfaction levels.Employment Details:Working Hours: As per company sales schedule (field-based flexibility)Probation Period: 3 to 6 months based on performanceLeave Policy: As per company HR guidelinesCompensation: Fixed salary + Incentives + Travel allowance
