Role: Field Sales Executive
We are looking for passionate and goal-driven professionals to join our
Sales team in Chennai. If you have a flair for customer interaction, asharp sales mind, and real estate experience this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, events, and networking *Conduct client meetings and site visits to explain project offerings *Present property features, pricing, and payment plans confidently *Handle client objections and work toward closing sales successfully *Maintain post-sale relationships for referrals and client satisfaction *Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, CRM) *Track competitors, market trends, and customer expectations *Submit timely reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Eligibility Criteria:

4- 10 years of field sales experience, preferably in real estate *Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills *Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets *Comfortable working weekends and traveling to project sites *Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office (Excel/Word) is an added advantage *Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
