Field Sales Executive

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our digital services including website development, eCommerce solutions, SEO, digital marketing, app/software development, and more. Your role will be to build trust with businesses and convert them into paying customers.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach local business owners and SMEs who need website or digital marketing services
• Generate leads via cold calling, social media, local visits, and networking
• Understand the client’s needs and suggest the right digital solution from our 20+ service offerings
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of having a digital presence and a professional website
• Deliver engaging product pitches, presentations, and basic demos
• Share customized quotations and explain service packages
• Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain long-term client relationships for upselling & referrals
• Coordinate between the client and our technical/design teams for smooth execution
• Maintain records of daily sales activities in Zoho Bigin
• Provide weekly performance reports to management
• Share customer feedback & market trends with internal teams
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients post-sale
• Handle customer queries or route them to the right team
