Field Sales Executive - Dinnerware or Melamine

As a Field Sales Executive with over 1 year of experience, aged between 25 to 35 years and holding a graduate degree, you will be responsible for various key aspects of sales within our organization. Your main responsibilities will include prospecting and lead generation activities. This involves identifying and researching potential clients in the target market, generating leads through different channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Furthermore, you will be expected to engage with clients effectively, build strong relationships, and understand their needs in order to offer tailored solutions. Conducting presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions to showcase value propositions will also be part of your routine tasks. In terms of sales process management, you will need to conduct thorough needs analysis, recommend suitable products or services, and create persuasive sales proposals and quotes to secure deals. Staying updated about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings is crucial. You will provide valuable insights to the marketing and product teams to help shape future strategies based on your findings. The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience in B2B or B2C sales, be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. This is a full-time and permanent position with day shifts and additional performance and yearly bonuses.
