Field Sales Executive - Diagnostics

As a Field Sales Executive at Fine Labs, you will play a crucial role in driving partnerships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers, as well as onboarding customers directly in the Gurgaon territory. Your responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new customers for lab test bookings, promoting Fine Labs services, achieving monthly sales targets, educating customers on the value proposition, monitoring market trends, ensuring smooth coordination for service delivery, maintaining reports, and participating in promotional campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new customers for lab test bookings - Promote Fine Labs services and build relationships with healthcare professionals - Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for the Gurgaon region - Educate customers and partners on Fine Labs value proposition - Monitor competitor activities and market trends in diagnostics - Ensure smooth coordination between customers, labs, and operations team - Maintain daily reports, client visit logs, and share updates with the sales manager - Participate in local promotional campaigns, medical events, and health camps Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred - 13 years of experience in field sales/business development in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or FMCG - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently - Comfortable with local travel within Gurgaon - Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage - Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred About Fine Labs: Fine Labs is a digital-first healthcare diagnostics platform focused on making lab test booking easy, affordable, and reliable.
