Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales leads.
  • Conduct field visits and engage with clients to understand their needs.
  • Promote and sell company products/services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize and improve overall sales performance.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0-1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
