Responsibilities: Utilise your sales strategy expertise to identify, onboard and manage a network of agents, who can do credit card sales in open market Cultivate strong relationships with agents, offering support, training and resources to maximise their sales potential, all while capturing market share effectively. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies leveraging your sales acumen to drive credit card sales through agents from the open market and connectors segments in Delhi Apply your sales analytics expertise to monitor and analyse sales performance metrics within the open market and connectors segments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends and agent feedback, utilising your market capture insights to drive informed decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field with minimum 2+ years of experience in sales. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, demonstrating strong sales acumen with a focus on credit cards. Deep understanding of the open market and connectors segments in Delhi, including key demographics, behaviours and competitive landscape, to inform strategic sales approaches. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to execute effective sales strategies and capture market share. Experience in agent management, sales channel development and performance optimization, utilising your sales strategy expertise to drive results. Willingness to travel within Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with agents. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
