Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products such as
construction materials, microfibers, plasters & mortars
to contractors, builders, dealers, and retailers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the assigned territory.
Identify potential leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions as needed.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

23 years
of experience in
field sales
, preferably in
construction or building materials
.
Good knowledge of the construction market and sales cycle.
Must be
fluent in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi
(spoken) & English .
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Must own a
motorcycle
for daily commuting.
