About the Role: We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our growing DSA (Direct Selling Agent) business. The role involves meeting clients and partners in the field, identifying potential customers for Home Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans, and building strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and local business owners. You’ll play a key role in expanding our loan customer base and driving business growth through on-ground marketing and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate leads for home loans, personal loans, and business loans through field visits, referrals, and networking. 2. Visit builders, property dealers, agents, and local businesses to identify potential customers. 3. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to prospective clients. 4. Collect and verify required documents from customers and coordinate with back-end teams for loan processing. 5. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure conversions and smooth disbursals. 6. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and channel partners for continuous lead flow. 7. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management. 8. Maintain proper reports of daily visits, leads generated, and conversions.
