Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in Sector 37c, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 4 years of experience in the automobile industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of car accessories, including PPF film, car headlights, Android systems, and cameras.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
A minimum graduate degree is required, along with proficiency in Hindi and English speaking.
Candidates must own a bike for this role.
