Job Summary:

BS Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Sales Executive responsible for preparing accurate sales quotations and conducting onsite client meetings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements, proposing Quotations and conducting onsite meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Quotation Management:

• Prepare timely and accurate sales quotations based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure correct pricing and product specifications.
• Maintain a database of quotes and follow-up on outstanding proposals.
• Ensure all quotations meet company policies and margin guidelines.

Client Engagement & Onsite Visits:

• Schedule and conduct onsite meetings with clients to understand their needs.
• Perform site assessments (if applicable) to provide tailored solutions.
• Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Present product or service offerings and conduct product technical demonstrations when needed.

Sales Support:

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Provide post-quotation support to clients, including handling revisions, clarifications, and negotiations.
• Track client feedback and market trends to help refine offerings.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, or a related field certification if any.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B, technical, or project-based industries.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel to client sites (local or regional).
• Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical background or understanding of products/services offered.
