Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our sales team as Door-to-Door Advertising & Field Sales Executives. The role involves promoting solar installation services directly to potential customers through door-to-door visits, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the local market. Key Responsibilities:Conduct door-to-door marketing in residential and commercial areas to introduce BHsquare Solar services. Explain solar installation benefits, government subsidy schemes, and cost-saving advantages to customers. Generate leads and schedule site visits for interested clients. Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and marketing materials. Collect customer data and feedback for follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets. Represent the company in a professional and customer-friendly manner. Work closely with the sales supervisor to track progress and improve performance. Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred, but not mandatory). Prior experience in field sales / marketing / door-to-door promotion is an advantage. Strong communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi (Basic English is a plus). Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. Ability to work independently and handle rejections positively. Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred, not compulsory). Job Benefits & Compensation:Salary: Starting from ₹10,000 per month (fixed). Incentives & Commission: Attractive commission per confirmed solar installation. Performance Bonus: Additional rewards for achieving targets. Travel Allowance (fuel reimbursement if own bike is used). Growth opportunities → Promotion to Team Leader / Sales Manager based on performance. ⚠️ Important Note: If sales/lead targets are not achieved, penalty/deduction will be applied on salary/incentives. Continuous failure to meet targets may result in termination as per company policy.
