Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for independently sourcing, engaging, and onboarding new investors. This is a performance-driven role with a fixed salary, along with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, approach, and acquire new investors.
2. Pitch investment opportunities confidently and persuasively.3. Build and nurture long-term client relationships.4. Achieve defined monthly acquisition targets.5. Provide regular updates on sales progress and market insights.6. Requirements7. Preferably male candidates with a two-wheeler for field visits.8. Proven sales experience in finance, investments, or related industries.9. Strong communication and negotiation skills.10. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.11. Must generate leads independently (no leads provided).
