Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive at ARS Solar Power, your main responsibilities include identifying and meeting potential customers through local networking, inbound leads, referrals, and area-specific marketing activities. You will educate clients about solar energy solutions, explain cost savings, subsidies, and the benefits of switching to solar. The role involves conducting meetings at customer locations or over calls, coordinating site visits with the technical team, and assisting in closing sales. You’ll be expected to maintain regular follow-ups, provide updates on lead status, share daily reports with your manager, and support the customer throughout the sales journey. Building strong relationships, collecting market insights, and ensuring smooth coordination with the operations team are also key to this role.
