Job Description

Designation - Field sales executive to sale solar rooftop system B2C customer by meeting people and visiting the sites. Company (Arin Energy) will provide leads and candidate need to follow them and convert to sales. There will be target format and candidate need to achieve it. There will be target achieving bonus and after target sales incentives as well which will be calculated on monthly basis. Roles and Responsivities : 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.  Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.  Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.  Forecasting sales and creating sales reports for management review.  2. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.  Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions through product demonstrations and presentations.  Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.  Managing customer accounts and maintaining a CRM database.  3. Sales Operations: Closing sales deals and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Preparing and delivering sales proposals and quotes. Following up on leads and managing the sales process. Representing the company and its products professionally during all interactions.  4. Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to maximize sales efforts.  Participating in team meetings and sharing feedback with management.  Providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve products and services.  5. Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.  Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.  Evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies and making adjustments as needed.
