Position: Field Sales Executive (Toy Segment)
Reporting to: Director of the company.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in field sales, preferably in FMCG, toys, or consumer goods.
Skills: Strong sales & negotiation, retail & distributor management, relationship building, market research, customer service, and time management.
Salary: range from 2.40 LPA CTC to 3.00 LPA CTC + Incentive + Travel Allowance + Health Insurance.
Office & Job Location: MG Road, Camp, Pune 1.
Note: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving License.
Responsibilities: • Retail Sales & Expansion: Visit retail counters, convenience stores, and toy shops to promote and ensure toy Products are stocked. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors for consistent product availability. • Product Demonstration & Promotion: Educate store owners and staff about product features, benefits, and sales strategies to increase demand. • After-Sales Support: Provide after-sales service to retailers, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any concerns. • Distributor Handling: Coordinate with distributors, manage inventory flow, and ensure timely restocking at retail counters. • Market Feedback & Reporting: Gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and retailer feedback to improve sales strategies. • Sales Record Keeping: Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts. • Market & Competitor Monitoring: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to stay ahead in the market. • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Key skills for Sales Executive: - Sales & Negotiation Skills • Ability to pitch and sell products effectively to retailers. • Strong negotiation skills to close deals with retailers and distributors. • Persuasive communication to convince stores to stock products.
Retail & Distribution Management • Experience in handling retail counters and building distribution networks. • Understanding of inventory management and restocking processes. • Ability to identify high-potential retail locations and expand market reach.
Relationship Building & Customer Service • Strong interpersonal skills to develop long-term relationships with retailers and distributors. • Ability to provide after-sales support and resolve retailer concerns efficiently. • Customer-focused approach to enhance retailer satisfaction.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis • Ability to gather insights on competitor products and market trends. • Understanding of customer buying behavior and retail sales strategies. • Experience in analyzing sales data and reporting trends.
Self-Motivation & Time Management • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. • Target-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales goals. • Willingness to travel frequently and cover multiple retail locations.
